Meet Bonnie Howden, Chief Growth Architect

Bonnie brings more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complexity, build capability, and foster high-performing teams. She has led learning, enablement, and change initiatives across global environments — always with a focus on turning strategic ambition into practical action that drives results.

Over the course of her career, Bonnie has guided thousands of employees through major organizational transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and technology adoptions. Her approach is grounded in transparency, shared understanding, and a deep belief that people do their best work when they feel capable, informed, and genuinely valued.

Three things energize Bonnie's work above all else:

• Simplifying complexity. Translating intricate systems and changes into clear, actionable understanding — so people can move forward with confidence instead of confusion.
• Building trust through transparency. Leading by explaining not just what is happening, but why — because trust isn't assumed, it's earned.

Bonnie holds an MBA and an MS in Adult and Continuing Education and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education (EdD) in Leadership and Innovation. She is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
